After weeks of late nights and preparations, Most Curious Wedding Fair is all over for 2017!
Despite not having the space to practice my set up at home before hand, everything went reasonably smoothly on Friday and I was ready just in time for the opening at 6.30pm! I'm thrilled with how my stand looked and how everything came together, although it proved difficult to photograph as it was backlit from the window behind me!
I had a lovely couple of days meeting some happy brides and grooms to be, and enjoyed meeting lots of fellow stationers and other exhibitors too! I also might have eaten a few Brick Lane bagels and too many of the sweets that I put out on the table (they were colour co-ordinated with my designs... is that a good enough excuse?!)
If I met you at the show (or even if you couldn't make it) and have any questions at all about my designs, I'd love to discuss your ideas so please get in touch here.
In the mean time, here's a few snaps of my pretty pastel stand....
I launched lots of fun new products at the show, including photo booth props, DIY paper bloom kits, greeting cards and song request cards! I made a bunch of the paper blooms and hung them on my backdrop (which was made out of plastic electrical piping with the help of my lovely Dad) along with some lovely eucalyptus leaves from my local florist. They received lots of compliments over the weekend and were definitely my favourite part of my display! They'll be making an appearance at our own wedding too, we're planning on hanging them behind the top table for the wedding breakfast.
The new products are all being photographed next week and should be available to purchase on Etsy and the website in the first week of April! Sign up to the newsletter for an alert when they're available and an introductory offer code!
And of course, we had to try out the new photo props for ourselves! Can't wait to use these at our own wedding in 6 months time!
